What parents and teachers ask first.

Two things stop a conversation. The first is your rules: the topics you block and the age rating you choose apply to every character, every time. Each rating carries a built-in list too (Kid: drugs, alcohol, smoking and vaping, weapons, sex and gambling are refused; a mention of self-harm gets a short, caring reply that points your child to a trusted adult), and every rule a school or class adds is shown under your child in Parent Controls, with who set it and when.

The second is the safety check. Every message your child sends is checked before any character answers. If it is flagged, your child sees a short, kind reply that fits what they said, a reminder that their grown-ups can see the chat, and an invitation to talk about something else; the message goes to your Safety Review with the whole conversation next to it. A phone number, an address, a full name or a request to meet someone gets a privacy reminder instead, and those details are hidden on the alert. If the safety check itself cannot be reached, the character refuses rather than guessing.

There are no ads anywhere in the app, and the only tracker on the site is Google Analytics for Firebase counting visits. We do not sell or share data for advertising.

Families use My Agent Team free while it is in early access. Schools pay per seat, with invoices and purchase orders.

The characters have no access to the internet. They cannot search the web, open a link, fetch a page or run anything. A character answers from the conversation so far, from what it knows about its subject, and from the notes you can read in Parent Controls.

Every message is checked before a character replies. If your child writes something that needs an adult, the character does not engage: it answers with a short, kind reply that fits what was said (a mention of self-harm gets a caring line that points your child to a trusted adult), reminds them that their grown-ups can see the chat, and invites them to talk about something else.

The flagged message is placed in your Safety Review, most serious first and labeled by how urgent it is, with the full conversation beside it, so you can read exactly what was said and mark it handled with a note. In a classroom it reaches the teacher's queue too. Safety Review is the place to look when you open the app.

My Agent Team never reaches out to your child. There are no notifications, no reminders and nothing that nags them to come back; a conversation simply ends when they leave, and picks up where it left off when they choose to return. Where you see progress, such as the streaks in My Family, it celebrates the days your child showed up and never punishes a day off. There are no break reminders or time limits yet.

My Family shows you how much each child chatted, day by day, so the amount is always in view.

Each character keeps a few short notes about your child: what they are working on, what clicked, what they like, what to pick up next time. That is how a lesson continues instead of starting over, and how Pip can know what your child was learning with Mr. Lewis.

Every note is yours. Parent Controls shows them in plain words, character by character; you can forget a single note or wipe everything a character remembers. A switch keeps your child's name out of the AI's view entirely, so the notes say "the student" instead.

To run the service we store your account details, each child's profile (a name, a grade, a reading level), their conversations, a daily count of how much they chatted, any safety flags, the notes each character keeps, a log of who changed which safety setting, and your acknowledgement of our Terms and notices (with the time, IP address and browser it came from). It lives in Google's Firebase, in the cloud.

We never sell, rent or trade it, and we do not build advertising profiles of anyone. Google Analytics for Firebase counts visits and errors in the browser and is not used for advertising. You can delete a child, or your whole account, from the app, and that removes the conversations, the notes, the profile and the login with it; only the acknowledgement record stays, as proof of consent. Nothing is deleted on a timer; it stays until you delete it. You can download a copy of it from Settings. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

No. My Agent Team does not train any model on your child's conversations. The characters run on OpenAI models through their API, and OpenAI does not use API data to train its public models.

The voice samples on our homepage were recorded ahead of time from lines we wrote. In the app, a character's reply is turned into speech only when your child taps play, and your child's own words are never sent to a voice provider.

When you add a child you tick a consent statement. We record it on our servers with the time, the version of the text you saw and your account, and Parent Controls shows it under the child: who consented, when, and which text. A student enrolled by a school is covered by the school's authority instead, as the Terms describe.

Yes. Deleting a child removes their login, profile, conversations, notes and activity; deleting your account removes your whole family, or, for a teacher, the students you added. Both are in the app, and you can download a copy of your data first.

Every character has a subject and a personality: Mr. Lewis teaches math, Pip the Penguin knows the ocean, Marisol helps with everyday Spanish. A child asks a question and the character answers in character, at the reading level and grade you set for that child.

You set an age rating (Kid, Young adult or All) and a list of blocked topics for each child, or once for the whole family. A character never sees those rules from the browser: they are assembled on our servers for every single message, so nothing in the app can switch them off.

My Family is your view of each child: what they asked today, how much they chatted this week, which character they spent time with, and one thing to talk about tonight. Every conversation opens in full, exactly as your child saw it.

Teachers get the same for a class: who chatted this week, what the class is asking, who could use a nudge, and any student's conversation in a click.

Parent Controls lets you choose the team for each child: tick the characters they may use and the others vanish from their picker. Change it any time; the next conversation follows the new team. Teachers set the same per student, and a school can set a default for everyone.

The characters are written for kids from about 5 to 14. Each character lists its own age range, and the reading level and grade you set shape how every character talks to your child.

A web app that works in any modern browser, on a phone, a tablet or a computer. There is no app-store download yet.

Create a parent account: an email, a password and a checkbox that you are an adult. Add your child with a name, a grade and a reading level; you create their login and see it once. Every child starts with the Kid rating and the learning characters, and you can change the team, the rating or the topics at any time. Then they chat in any browser, and My Family, Safety Review and Parent Controls show you everything. A teacher creates a class instead, shares its code, and students join with it.

Create a class in Teacher Controls and share its join code, six characters. A student opens the sign-up page, picks "I'm a learner", enters the code, their name, a login and a password, and lands in that class. You can also add students yourself, one at a time or from a CSV, and hand them their logins.

A student's login can be a username: type it in Add Student, or put it in the Email column of the upload, and the student signs in with it. No inbox is needed, and nothing is ever sent to it. Logins and passwords are shown once, so download the list when it appears.

Class Settings holds your class rules: a content rating and off-limits topics, on top of your School Settings. A student can be made stricter than the class, never looser. Every rule runs on our servers for every message, and the Safety rules panel on a student shows every layer with its source.

A message a character refused (an off-limits topic, personal details, a request to meet or swap contacts, the moderation check); a mention of self-harm, answered with a supportive reply and shown to you first; a student's own report; and messages that were answered but are worth a look. Most serious first. You resolve each one with what you did, and the note and your name stay on the record.

By enrolling students with your code you confirm, for your school, that it has the authority to enroll them and has obtained any consent the law requires, under its own policies. The Terms spell this out in the Schools section. Students under a school are supervised by their teachers and school admins, and that access stops at the school.

The students you added are deleted with everything about them, unless a parent is also on a student's account; that parent keeps the child. Your class codes are turned off. Students other teachers added stay with them. You can download a copy of your data first, from Settings or from the delete dialog.
